I am a practicing witch as well as a medium with the ability to communicate with those who have crossed over. I am also a light worker and student of Reiki. I currently have my level 2 certification and hope to someday advance to master status. Most of my stories are channeled from the Voices running amok inside her head.

Shattered was my first attempt at writing YA. After my niece got me hooked on Ellen Hopkins I thought maybe I can do this. I like the freedom of being about to write in first person and ignore all those silly romance novel rules. I've never been big on rules.

Then my great aunt Essie came to me in a dream where I was at her house writing away. She called me into the kitchen to eat breakfast and showed me that my current young adult novel was #1 on the New York Times bestseller list. Sounded like a message from the divine. So Shattered was born from there when Amalie came through and started telling me her real story. She had a very hard time opening up to me, so that's why we made up a lot of the fictional stuff like her crush on Bryson and taking care of baby Alex.

I have three books already published in my Ring Dreams series. I like to call my genre Witch Lit - Sizzle & Spice and some things Not so Nice. They are adult books with explicit sex scenes, so I not suggesting you go out and read them. At least not until you turn 18. Amalie, my fifteen year old heroine in Shattered is the birth mother of Rowan, the eighteen year old anti-heroine in Headlocks & Hexes. I call her an anti-heroine because she kills a few people to avenge her mother's death.

You'll also find the fictional characters of Billy, Bryson, Courtney, Dylan, Vlad, and even little Alex all grown up in my adult series.

Odessa, Amalie, Carmella and Olivia were all real people who once walked among the living. William is the composite of two different people who played vital roles in Odessa's life. Charlie is a real person and he's still living so we kinda had to change his name to protect the not so innocent.

Shattered is written as fiction, but, yes, Amalie really was raped and impregnated and died, along with her twins, from complications of child birth.. Odessa died under mysterious circumstance just days after Amalie's death in August 1985. Amalie's father actually died in January of 1985 and the real story of his death is going to be revealed in a future psychological thriller that I plan on calling Bleeding Hearts.

I also have a stand alone novella called Infinity that's a lot less smutty than most of my adult work. No sex, and very little profanity, but some pretty cool paranormal elements.
