Title: Struggle With Love
Series: With Love Series, Book 3
Author: Tiffany Heiser
Genre: YA Paranormal Romance
Release Date: May 29th, 2013

Blurb: Rena's heart loves one and her blood craves another.

Rena knew that Bristol, a rogue vampire, was still out there waiting for her blood. She knew he wouldn't quit until he had every drop intertwined with his. She also knew she would stop at nothing to bring an end to it all and save her family and the man she loves; even if it means losing herself in the process.

Rena thought facing Bristol was the worst she would come up against- she was wrong. She must face and destroy the demons struggling inside her or else she will be consumed by evil. She has to find herself before she loses everything and everyone she loves. Which side will win in the battle between true love and dark desire?

Excerpt:

"Do you really love me?" he asked, staring deeply into my eyes as if searching for the answer himself.

I laid my hand over his, our interlocked fingers resting on his knee. "Of course I do, Cryder,” I said. “Why are you asking me that?"

He sat staring at our intertwined fingers for a brief moment, before responding. "I feel as though you are torn. That you are struggling with where your heart lies."

I shook my head. "I'm not struggling, Cryder. I promise."

"Then how do you explain him?" Cryder growled, staring at the open area behind me.

Bristol stood behind Cryder and I. He had kidnapped me, taken me to a cabin in the woods and tricked me into drinking his blood. I was able to escape but not before our blood had mixed. There was some strange connection between us and the only way to break it was death. He taunted me now, hovering in my dream, leaning against a tree I never remembered creating. His arms were crossed at his chest, and a smile played on his lips as our eyes met. He was dressed to the nines, in a white button up shirt, and navy blue suit matched with a navy tie. A hint of lust bubbled beneath the surface, and I attempted to shove that as far down as possible. Instead I chose the more dominant emotion running through my veins; hatred. I quickly stood into a crouching position. "Bristol,” I growled through clenched teeth. “What the hell are you doing here?”

"We are connected dear. I needed you," Bristol purred.

My stomach clenched, but not with revulsion it was something else that I couldn't pinpoint. Or was I denying the impossible truth? I shoved that thought aside, it was impossible that I could be feeling anything other that anger towards this monster.

Cryder stood to block me from Bristol's view, as his sharp incisors released themselves from his gums. "Leave. She doesn't want you here."

Bristol lifted his body gracefully from the tree and squared his shoulders at Cryder."Let the girl speak for herself you behemoth. I guarantee she will change her mind.,” he sneered.

On The Backs of Dragons

"Life can get awfully complicated when you make promises you intend to keep."

So says Akari, and he speaks from experience. A simple promise he made to his sister leads him to faking his death, living with dragons in a live volcano, and using all of his powers and skill with magic and warfare to overcome the ruthless army of Azoria. Eventually, he realizes that only he can bring a costly war to an end – with the Fate of three kingdoms at stake.

It is only with the help of Akari's niece Caroline and his nephews Jonas and "Mouse," who travel great distances down rivers, through caves, swamps, oceans, over mountains – and in the air, with the help of a stray dragon or two. They all must show courage they didn't know they had so that the island of Ambrosia can be saved from the menacing King Maldazor.

Sasquatches, ruthless Barbarian invaders, the wild and free men of Mulvaria, a Cyclops that enjoys the taste of rat meat, and nasty little cave creatures known as "In-Betweeners" all play a part in their adventures – either helping them along the way, or doing whatever they can to thwart their plans.

About the Author:

Jeremy Morong is one of those people that read book series like Harry Potter and Narnia and said "That's easy! I can do that!" After ten years and a lot of stops and starts, he learned it wasn't even close to easy - but it was fun. On The Backs of Dragons is his first novel; if his wife, Abby, has a say, it will be his last. He lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her and their daughter Madelyn.

Little Stalker by Erica Pike

Blurb: College student Coby is being stalked by a young guy and has no idea why, until someone suggests that the stalker may have a crush on him. The idea both excites and terrifies Coby, who is so deep in the closet he can barely manage to think the word “gay” without freaking out.

About Erica: As a teen, Erica spent hours at a time lying in bed. Some would have called her lazy (though her very supportive parents never did), but she’d disagree. It’s not like she wasn't doing anything, she was busy daydreaming! You’d have thought the daydreams would lessen as she got older, but that wasn't the case. Since these are the kind of dreams that can’t really come true, Erica decided to make them come alive on paper.

She lives in Iceland with her adorable little twin boys, and is happy with what she has. She often says that her real name sounds like Klingon to foreigners. Seriously, if “Eyjafjallajokull” looks like someone fell asleep at the keyboard, Erica’s real name could leave a non-Icelander in a zombie-like stupor for days.

She’s been writing for several years, or ever since reading became an obsession. Aside from a business degree, Erica has taken English courses at the University of Iceland and gulped down anything that might help her in her career as an author. She takes great interest in English, but will break every single grammar rule for the sake of the voice.

Erica loves hearing from her readers. She’s a friendly, easy-going (if a bit silly) person who doesn't mind talking about herself in third person.

I'm going to try Death and Kisses first since I'm partial to characters that can see dead people.

Here's the Blurb:

Since the night Kasey was responsible for the star football player’s death, she can see ghosts. Not that she’s afraid of them. Most ghosts just go about their own business. She’s more concerned with staying under the radar as the school’s once-popular, now outcast loner freak. Until the boy she killed shows up wanting revenge.

Regardless of Kasey’s outcast status, the hot new guy in school, Aden, not only befriends her, but wants to help her figure out how to get the angry ghost to leave her alone. So what if he also wants to contact his dead brother?
